Great customer service and aftercare
Couldn't recommend Fida Motors enough, made the whole processes really easy and straight forward after getting my first ever car on finance. Went to see the car on Monday, Lindi stayed in touch with me throughout the week and i was ready to drive away on Friday. I felt my best interest was at mind throughout the experience and i was even helped with getting a finance with a lower APR.

Fantastic throughout!
I cannot fault my experience with Fida Motors, the team were great throughout. The salesman wasn't pushy at all & and made me feel comfortable and was honest. I saw the car advertised online and it looked even better in person when I arrived to the forecourt. Car also comes with 1 year breakdown cover and 6 months warranty which is lovely.I have already recommend to my friends and family.

Great communication and attention to detail
I am so happy with my car buying journey with Fida motors - I enquired about the car and they were able to send me a personalised video viewing of the vehicle with great attention to detail. I am all the way in Scotland and wasn't able to go down to the dealership but the team were great with communication and made me feel so confident without even seeing the car. They also helped me organise transportation & the car looked even better when it arrived. Very happy customer

Buying a car from Fida Motors was easy and went very smoothly. The salesman was very friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. He had the car ready when we arrived and we were able to test drive it by ourselves. He sorted the tax out whilst we were there and delivered the car to our house 5 days later. He was very good about letting me know that he was going to be a little late dropping the car off so I knew when to expect him. He was also very quick to fill in all the necessary documents online. I am pleased with the car so far and would use Fida Motors again.

I recently bought Renault Megane from FidaMotors for my dad. Due to the COVID19 pandemic situation, all the car inspections was done by video consultation. It's been an absolutely 100% top notch customer service that Mr Fida provided throughout. Being an immersing company and few reviews, I was initially bit hesitant and doubtful but Lindi Fida absolutely took care of all the concerns I had. He kept all his promises by renewing the MOT as it was less than 6 months as well as fully valeted the car before delivery. If he continues to treat his customers in this way, he is going to be a long race horse in this business. Without any doubt, I recommend and look forward to dealing with him in future as well if needed as he is completely trustworthy. Many thanks
